We specialize in customizing your event to your needs and vision. Use the following information as a guide to make sure you have everything you need to bring your vision to life!

Delivery and set up can take between 1-3+ hours depending on dessert items and quantities. Consider this when discussing/requesting dessert delivery time arrival.
It can be helpful to your guests to have labels or a sign on the dessert table informing what flavors/dessert are offered. If delivery and set up has been selected for the event, these items can be left on the dessert display table and Sweet Juanjo’s will set up any labels or signs provided by the ordering party.
Plan to provide your own cake cutting utensils, or ask your venue if they have utensils that can be utilized for the event. If dessert delivery and set up has been selected for the event, these items can be left on the display table and Sweet Juanjo’s can set up the utensils within the dessert display.
Cakes with two or more layers may have plastic and/or wooden supports within them. Please be aware as you cut into your cake and notify your guests when you serve your cake.
Dessert table decorations should be non-toxic and food safe. If dessert delivery and set up has been selected for the event, please have dessert tables, linens, display items, and decorations set up prior to dessert arrival time. Sweet Juanjo’s will set up any rental display items and make any display rearrangements as needed.
Please see our display item gallery for the items available for rent. If you choose to rent any display items from Sweet Juanjo’s we will provide a tote for the items to be returned in. If dessert delivery and set up has been selected for the event we will place the empty tote under the dessert table, or other designated area. Dessert toppers provided by the ordering party or any third party vendor should be non-toxic and food safe. Please provide toppers one week prior to the event date or If dessert delivery and set up has been selected for the event, please have these items available on the dessert table for Sweet Juanjo’s to add to the desserts.
If you choose delivery and set up for your event, Sweet Juanjo’s will make a “bonus box” of some of your event treats for you to enjoy later. You can enjoy spending time with your guests without the worry of missing out on dessert. We will leave the “bonus box” under the event dessert table unless directed otherwise.
